This year, Hip Hop District 2026 takes place at Parque da Uva, in Jundiaí/SP. We've put together this guide with all the stage technical specifications so you can plan your performance in the best way possible.

The stage is equipped with an LED panel at the back. The specifications are:
- Size: 12m x 4m
- Ideal resolution: 3072 x 1024 pixels
How to submit your music and video
This year, music, videos and set design information must be submitted directly through our registration platform. The process is per choreography, so you will need to do this for each one.
Step by step:
- Access the platform and go to Manage Group
- Your registered choreographies will appear listed
- Select the desired choreography
- Click on Manage Choreography and then Edit Choreography Data
- On this screen you will find the fields to submit your music, video and set design information
Music: upload the audio file directly on the platform. If your LED panel video already has the music embedded in the audio, you don't need to upload the music file separately. In that case, we play the video with its audio directly.
Video for the LED panel: upload the file to Google Drive and paste the link on the platform. The link must be configured so that anyone with the link can access and download the video. If the link is restricted, we won't be able to download it. If you are not going to use the screen, simply select that option on the platform and the panel will remain off during your performance.
Set design: if your choreography uses set pieces, describe what will be used in the field available on the platform. This information is important for the organization to prepare the space and setup time.
Submit your materials in advance. Materials sent at the last minute may not be processed in time.
⚠️ USB backup: as extra security, also bring a USB type A flash drive (standard size) with folders named after each choreography. Each folder should contain the corresponding music and video. Make sure the flash drive contains only the mentioned files.
Lighting
The stage has the following lighting setup:
- 5 spotlights
- Backlight (lighting from behind the dancers)
- Side lights (from both sides of the stage)
- Front light
- Pre-programmed effects with Moving heads (robotic lights with programmed movements)
