What happens during the Hip Hop District evenings?
The evenings at Hip Hop District are the highlight of the event. It's when everything happens on stage and the energy takes over the venue. This year, the evening program takes place at Parque da Uva, in the venue above the class venue. All at the same address.
If you already have a class passport, you get a half-price discount on the competitive showcase ticket.

The evening program is divided into three moments:
1. Competitive and Non-Competitive Showcases. The night kicks off with group and dancer performances. In the Competitive Showcase, the best groups from Latin America take the stage to compete across several categories. The Non-Competitive Showcase is an open space for those who want to perform without the pressure of competition. This is the first big moment of the night.
2. Battle Finals. Right after the showcases, the dance battle finals begin. Dancers who made it through the qualifiers during the day face off on stage in intense, high-energy matchups.
3. Awards Ceremony. To close out the night, the awards ceremony takes place, where the winners of the showcases and battles are announced and receive their trophies.
How does access work for each moment?
With a single ticket, you get access to all three moments of the evening: showcases, battles and awards ceremony. ποΈ Get yours here. But there are some specific rules depending on your situation:
Showcases (Competitive and Non-Competitive). To watch the showcases, you need a ticket. This applies to everyone, including those who performed earlier in the evening and want to stay to watch the other presentations.
Battle Finals. The battle finals also require a ticket for anyone watching from the audience. If you participated in the battle qualifiers, you get backstage access to the stage. This means you don't enter through the general audience area, you go through the backstage and can stay on stage watching the finals.
Awards Ceremony. If you have a ticket, you can watch the awards ceremony as usual. If you don't have a ticket but danced that day, we open access after the battles end so you can come in and enjoy the ceremony.
π Special exception: on the last day of the event, the awards ceremony is open to everyone! No ticket or same-day performance required. It's the big closing celebration and everyone is welcome.
