// Attention to Municipal Fees
It's important to note that, in addition to the booth value (check the prices and location of each space in our Booth Map), there is a municipal regulation for commercial operation during the event. Pay attention to the rules:
MEI Companies (Individual Microentrepreneur): If you are an MEI, we have great news! You are completely exempt from paying municipal fees, as provided in Articles 218-A, § 1 and 223, § 1, of Complementary Law No. 460/2008 (and its amendments).
Other Legal Natures (Non-MEI): If your company is not an MEI, the Inspection Fee for the License to Exercise Ambulant and Eventual Trade Activity will be charged (according to Annex III of the same Complementary Law No. 460/2008 – Municipal Tax Code). The current value for booths corresponds to 2.25 UFM's, totaling R$ 521.17. This municipal value must be paid in addition to the space rental.
